Tribal Side Snare II

Size: 9,5 inch (batter) x 10 inch (reso) x 9 inch (depth).

I took a tribal hand-drum that was made from a hollowed out log of black palm. On the bottom side I added a ring that would take a normal 10 inch head. I tucked a calfskin head for the batterside. This drum can be played with the hands, but also with sticks; it has an adjustable piece of oak that can function as a hoop to play rim-clicks or rim-shots. All hardware is handmade from steel that was tin-plated and laquered. This tiny drum sounds awesome with and without snares. Prize: Sold.
