Man's Best Friend

Size: 14x6 inches. The shell is a vintage Premier marcher that I cut down from 10 to 6 inch deep. It is 3-ply African mahogany with beech re-rings. I recut both bearing edges. The finish is textile and water-based (non-yellowing) laquer. The hardware is all handmade from alloy, brass (inserts) and wood (some kind of mahogany) that I oiled and waxed. Prize: 695 Euro's.
